• If you wish to exchange your product, please use our Return portal.
• Return the item within 30 days in unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
• All items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your exchange request and we may have to send the item back to you.
• Upon receipt of your product, we are pleased to inform you that a voucher equivalent to the total order amount will be issued. This voucher can be utilized to place a new order at our webshop, providing you with the flexibility to explore and select alternative items that better suit your preferences.

• If you wish to return your item, please use our Return portal.
• As a customer, you have 14 days to return your purchase from the day you receive the item.
• Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Nufferton.
• If you choose to return part or all of your order, a handling fee of 50 SEK/50 NOK/5 EUR/$5 USD/£5 GBP/C$5 CAD will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• It is also the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping and to package the product securely to withstand the return transport.

Pyjamas & Loungewear (Nufferton)

• You are entitled to open the packaging to ensure that you received the correct item; however, please handle it carefully so you can reseal the original packaging.
• The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition.
• Original packaging (if the product requires it), returned within 14 days. Item not unpacked - 100% refund.

Duvets & Head pillows (Happy Fluffy Cloud)

• You are entitled to open the packaging to ensure that you received the correct item; however, please handle it carefully so you can reseal the original packaging (does not apply if the seal is broken).
• *Since duvets/head pillows are hygiene products, you cannot return a duvet/head pillow if the seal has been broken. Only unused duvets/head pillows in their original packaging (bag with intact seal) are accepted as returns.
• Original packaging, returned within 14 days. Item with intact seal/not removed from bag/not used – 100% refund.

Interior & Bedding
