Return Policy


Nufferton’s return period is 14 days. The goods must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible; 30 business days at the latest, after we have received the returned products. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Use the attached form to specify which item you want instead. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account that was used for the original purchase. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference by credit card. As soon as we have received the item and approved the exchange, we will ship your new item.

You may also visit our shop or e-mail us at on beforehand to ensure that we have your desired product in stock.


Swedish orders

1. Place the item in the original box or a similar one.
2. Complete the returns form and place it inside the box.
3. Paste the return label received with the original shipment on the box.
4. Drop your package off at your closest Postnord delivery center. The return shipping cost (10€) is prepaid and will be deducted from your refund.
5. Contact us at and confirm your return shipment.

International orders

1. Place the item in the original box or a similar one.
2. Complete the returns form and place it inside the box.
3. Schedule a pickup of your package by calling your local UPS, visiting ups. com or dropping the package off at your nearest UPS service center. The cost of the return shipping is paid by the customer.

Force Majeure is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be returned to Nufferton AB. For all unclaimed packages you will be debited all fees in connection with the return delivery.
